Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all rug components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
